Think Responsibly This Year!

Greetings from Southwest Florida my lovelies. If you are checking into the Zendoll Workshop for the first time in ages, that's makes two of us! If thoughts of finding more clarity, meaning and purpose have crossed your mind - whether commensurate with the beginning of a new year, or just as a general theme in your life, then you are not alone. There are thousands of us seekers out there, and while you may wonder how to access guidance that may be relevant to you at this time, fear not, there is plenty to be found! Ironically, there are more answers to be found within than you could ever know...... forgive me if it sounds like I have found any more answers than the next person. I have only just begun to know where to look, and that alone is something of a triumph. Because it's still early in January, it's probably relevant to ponder our intentions. The word resolution does for me what the studies say diets do for the masses. Eventually, absolutely nothing! The word "Intention" resonates so much more, because with little effort and just a mindful nudge now and then, I can stick to it. If our intentions are in line with who we are, or want to be at our core, then the rest is easy. It gets even easier when we let go of all the random thoughts that hijack our joy. It seems to me that humans are wired to obsess about the very things (thoughts in this case) that not only don't serve us well, but are in fact, simply false. Those thoughts are thought about so often that they become burdensome beliefs. If you find yourself getting caught up in negative thought loops, or if your own mind has turned into a tyrannical superpower, do not despair. Becoming the observer is the first step towards reclaiming your power!
