I rarely reference my days of hard core training and teaching, but the passion has never really left me - certainly not the way my trim and toned legs and abs have. Today's workouts are short and sweet. I prefer the 'less is more' approach, which means that my time in the gym has to be efficient. I continue to find ways to recruit new muscle fibres while combining core moves with upper and lower body exercises. The plank moves in this video are a perfect example. Check it out.
