Silent Sunday

Create peace in your mind and body by observing your in and out breath for just a few repetitions. At that point, your thinking brain will likely interrupt the silence, and remind you of the challenges inherent in shutting down the ego. Be patient, and know that as you return to stillness and non-thinking, you are quieting down that sense of overwhelm and reviving your system with new found energy.
