Vintage Thursday

Audrey Hepburn's playful spirit on the golf course would be a welcome relief from a game that regularly kicks my butt. My secret to remaining light hearted out there is to play as little as possible. As another wonderful winter in sunny Florida draws to a close, I can once again say that I have succeeded at playing very little golf, and thereby continue to LOVE the game. There's really nothing better than a sunset outing to the golf course and no more than 4 - 5 holes before the celebratory drink in the bar. Cheers dears.

  1. My husband and I have tried golf once or twice. I think we could be considered a danger to the public. We did find a redneck course that was fun. There was a deer processing plant next to the club house..off season business. It is the place for beginners to not worry about wild shots. It was a memorable day,
where else would you see a falling down abandoned house along the back green? Oh, rural PA..got to love it!

  2. Love this!!!! Half of the members of my immediate family are obsessed with golf, however, I have chosen not to partake in this extraordinarily frustrating, exasperating nonsensical game :) The great upside is that this provides me with 4 to 6 hours of time for me to focus on what I love to do....xoxo
