Silent Sunday

Albert Einstein wrote, "A human being is part of a whole, called by us 'universe,' a part limited by time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us ...... our task must be to free ourselves from this prison."

Where Einstein and this quote leave off, the rest of us are left to ponder, and in some cases, seek answers to the meaning of our existence. The possibilities are countless, and while formal religions have guided the masses through the ages, many of us seek a non denominational guide to spirituality. Perhaps my dogma ran over my karma in a past life because all I'm looking for is a few insights and a gentle nudge in the direction of my purpose. This is when the right books start falling into my lap, and the people I meet align with the intentions I hold dear. Today's recommended reading comes in the form of a handy publication called Science of Mind. It's founder, Ernest Holmes offers a philosophy and a way of life that encourages awareness and understanding of metaphysical laws along with heartwarming spiritual insight.

Namaste dear ones.

Thanks so much taking time to stop by. Your comments are always appreciated. Namaste.
