As an early adaptor to Chopra's many messages over the past 20 years, I'm particularly drawn to his brand of science/spirituality. Whether talking about quantum physics or love, he makes sense out of life's biggest questions.
Yesterday's message talked about the bio-chemistry of stress and the neuro science behind meditation. He's convinced that a daily practice of just 5 - 10 minutes a day can do everything from help you lose weight to increasing your longevity. Again.... I'm in!
