While my version of meditation is both non-devotional, non-denominational and sporadic at best, I respond instantly to this beloved symbol of mindful contemplation where breathing connects with awareness and stillness.
In each Buddha, I see the embodiment of lovingkindness, compassion and right action. To contemplate these qualities is in itself a healing and restorative escape to present moment grace. Would that it were that easy to press the 'refresh' button of our minds...... I'm saying it's worth a try.... tell me how you do. Namaste.
