Is it working for you to hold so strongly to those events, beliefs or just thoughts that bring misery to your mind?
If freedom from suffering exits, what thoughts or practices would incite it?
If you want to sample a fleeting moment of transformation, it could be as easy as visualizing your heart full of peace..... take a deep breath in. On the out breath, release whatever holding exists in your mind and body, and replace it with the thought of a peaceful heart.
